Return Policy – Stanlo Automation

We offer a 30-day return window for non-warranty returns. This means you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that non-warranty returns are subject to a restocking fee.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped—unused, uninstalled, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If the item is returned in a different condition than it was sold, we have the right to refuse the return.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns should be shipped back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. If we don't hear from you within 7 business days we will not be able to accept your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are made to order which will be labeled on the quote are non cancelable and non returnable once the order has been made.
