At Stanlo Automation, we understand that downtime is costly. That's why we offer flexible shipping options to get your parts to you as quickly as possible. We ship domestically throughout the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide.

1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day (subject to inventory availability).
For items that require sourcing from our partner network, processing may take 2-5 business days. We will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated ship date.

We ship via UPS by default. Upon request, we can accommodate FedEx or DHL shipping.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. International transit times vary by destination, typically ranging from 3-10 business days.
Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
3. Drop Shipping
We offer free drop shipping directly to your customers when available. This is ideal for resellers and distributors who want to ship directly from our warehouse to their end customer.
- No additional fees for drop shipping
- Packing slips can be customized or omitted
- Available for most domestic orders
To request drop shipping, simply provide the ship-to address when placing your order and let us know it's a drop ship.
4. NDA / Blind Shipping
We offer NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) shipping, also known as blind shipping, for customers who need discrete packaging without Stanlo Automation branding.
- Plain packaging with no company identification
- No invoices or pricing included in the shipment
- Perfect for resellers shipping to end customers
Request NDA shipping when placing your order. This service is available at no additional charge.
5. Freight & Heavy Shipments
Items weighing over 100 lbs or requiring palletized shipping will be sent via LTL Freight.
- We will coordinate the most efficient and cost-effective freight solution
- Freight quotes are provided before shipping
- Liftgate and residential delivery available upon request (additional fees may apply)
At this time, we do not offer collect shipping for LTL Freight using a customer's carrier account.
6. Use Your Own Carrier Account
You may request to ship using your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account. Simply provide your carrier account number when placing your order, and no shipping charges will be applied to your invoice.
This option is available for standard parcel shipments only (not available for LTL Freight).
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by contacting us.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at sales@stanloautomation.com.
8. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured for the full value of the order at no additional cost to you. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the outer packaging, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Document the damage. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items before disposing of any materials.
- Contact us within 48 hours at sales@stanloautomation.com with your order number and photos.
- We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Important: Claims for damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, hazardous materials classification, or export regulations. If your order is affected, we will contact you to discuss available options.
We comply with all U.S. export regulations and may require additional documentation for international shipments of certain products.
