Stanlo Automation sells new, surplus, refurbished, and pre-owned industrial automation products. We strive to provide accurate product information, descriptions, and availability; however, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, and cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or product availability discrepancies at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before order fulfillment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer, and ACH.

For orders placed on Net terms (where applicable), payment is due within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may result in suspension of future orders and may be subject to collection efforts.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
