Our Warranty Policy

Stanlo Automation warrants that products sold through our website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

This warranty is provided exclusively by Stanlo Automation and covers the repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a comparable substitute or a full refund.

Important: This is Stanlo Automation's warranty only. Original manufacturer warranties do not apply to products purchased from Stanlo Automation, as we are an independent supplier and not an authorized distributor.

7-Day Inspection Period

IMPORTANT: All orders must be inspected within 7 business days of delivery. Any issues (incorrect parts, damage, defects, DOA) must be reported to us within this 7-day window. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Upon receiving your order, please promptly:

  • Verify all part numbers match your order
  • Inspect items for any visible damage or defects
  • Test products if possible to confirm functionality
  • Report any issues immediately to sales@stanloautomation.com

We understand that production schedules don't always allow immediate installation. However, identifying issues early protects both you and us, and ensures we can resolve problems quickly.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Products that fail to function as intended under normal use
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) products β€” must be reported within 7 business days
  • Components that fail during the warranty period due to manufacturing defects
  • Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse
  • Incorrect parts shipped (wrong part number) β€” must be reported within 7 business days

What's Not Covered

  • Issues reported after the 7-day inspection period (for DOA, incorrect parts, or shipping damage)
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence
  • Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, or other external factors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products sold as "As-Is" or "No Warranty" (clearly marked on listing)
  • Consumable items (batteries, fuses, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from use outside of manufacturer specifications
  • Labor costs for removal or reinstallation of products
  • Consequential or incidental damages (downtime, lost profits, etc.)
  • Buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong part (may be subject to restocking fee)

Returns & Restocking Fees

We want every transaction to go smoothly, but we also need to protect our small business. Please review our return terms carefully:

7-Day Return Shipping Requirement: Once an RMA is issued, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. Returns not shipped within this window may be refused or subject to additional fees. RMA numbers expire after 7 business days.

Stanlo Automation reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are reported after the 7-day inspection period
  • Are not shipped back within 7 business days of RMA issuance
  • Arrive without a valid RMA number
  • Show signs of installation, use, or damage not present at time of sale
  • Are missing original accessories or components

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective or has failed under warranty, follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email us at sales@stanloautomation.com with your order number and description of the issue.

Get RMA Number

We'll review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Ship the Product

Pack the item securely and ship it to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Replacement or Refund

Once received and inspected, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund within 1-2 business days.

Tip: Keep your original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. You'll need this to verify your warranty coverage.

Additional Terms

  • All issues must be reported within 7 business days of delivery
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of RMA issuance
  • Warranty claims for product failures (not DOA) may be initiated within the 12-month warranty period
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our error
  • Stanlo Automation will cover shipping costs for replacement products on valid warranty claims
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period
  • Stanlo Automation reserves the right to inspect returned products before processing claims
  • Products returned in unsellable condition may have the refund amount reduced accordingly
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these terms
