Because these items are not purchased through authorized distribution channels, products may:

• Contain older date codes or be from previous series/revisions
• Have different firmware versions than currently available from the OEM
• Arrive in non-original or generic packaging
• Lack certain accessories, manuals, or OEM documentation
• Not include OEM certificates of conformity or calibration

3. Firmware & Software Notice

Some products (including PLCs, HMIs, drives, servo controllers, and other programmable devices) may include pre-installed firmware or software. Stanlo Automation:

• Makes no guarantees regarding the presence, version, or functionality of any firmware or software
• Cannot confirm firmware revision levels, license status, or compatibility with your systems
• Will not provide, install, update, or obtain firmware or licensed software on your behalf

• Weapons systems or military applications
