Tested exchange unit goes out same day on orders confirmed by 2pm CST.
Send Yours Back
Your failed unit returns on our prepaid label within 30 days. Core charge is credited on receipt.

Exchange inventory changes weekly. If your model isn't on the shelf, we'll quote a repair or a tested replacement instead, usually the same day.

Core Return Terms
A core charge is included in the exchange price and credited in full when your failed unit arrives within 30 days. Units with heavy physical damage, missing modules, or water damage may receive partial core credit. We'll tell you before we ship, not after.
