The Siemens Pointek CLS200 is an RF capacitance point level switch designed to detect levels and interfaces in liquids, solids, slurries, and foam. It features a cable design with adaptable sensitivity and the ability to tune out build-up on the probe. This model has a 3/4" NPT threaded process connection made of 316L stainless steel, an extended cable length of 3000 mm, and remote mount electronics with a 5-meter cable and mounting bracket. The wetted seals are FKM and PTFE, with an FEP jacketed cable and PVDF probe body.
This level switch is suitable for a wide range of applications, including process control, inventory management, and safety interlocks across industries such as chemical processing, food and beverage, water treatment, and mining. Its explosion-proof enclosure with an IS probe (CSA/FM Class I, II, III Div.1 Gr.A, B, C, D, E, F, G T4) makes it ideal for hazardous environments.
