Frequently Asked Questions
Is this stamped engineering?
No. We provide design documentation and technical support, not licensed professional engineering services. We are not a PE firm. Final designs should be reviewed by your qualified personnel or a licensed engineer as required by your local codes and standards.
Who does the actual installation?
You do—or your contractor, electrician, or integrator. We provide the documentation they need to execute the work correctly.
Can you program our PLC remotely?
We provide the logic design and can export program files in common formats. Uploading to your hardware requires on-site access—but many customers have internal staff or local contractors who handle commissioning.
What CAD formats do you support?
We can deliver drawings in DWG, PDF, or native formats depending on your needs. Panel layouts can be provided in DWG or detailed PDF.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One round of revisions is included with every project. Additional revisions are quoted as needed—usually minimal cost for minor changes.
Do you do site visits?
If you're located in the Chicagoland area, we can discuss on-site support for larger projects. Contact us to learn more.
