This module supports the Interbus fieldbus protocol and is built on a Generation 4 industrial fieldbus structure. It allows for logical addressing and diagnostic capabilities, supporting up to 512 slave devices and 32 I/O modules per island. The STBNIB2212 operates on a 24V DC SELV power supply with a maximum consumption of 700mA.
