The Siemens SIMOTICS M 1PH8228-1HD10-2FA2 is a powerful compact asynchronous motor designed for high-performance applications. It offers 113 kW at 1000 RPM with 1079 Nm of torque, drawing 235 A at 340 V. It also provides 129 kW at 1150 RPM and 147 kW at 1350 RPM. This motor operates with forced ventilation, featuring airflow from NDE to DE, and has an IP55 degree of protection. Integrated is an Incremental encoder HTL 1024 S/R and a temperature sensor Pt1000 for comprehensive monitoring.
Built for demanding industrial environments, this motor is configured for IM B3 mounting (also IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMV6). It includes a shaft with a fitted key and half-key balancing. The motor is equipped with bearings designed for greater cantilever forces, a vibration severity grade of R/A, and shaft/flange accuracy grade R. The terminal box is positioned above with cable entry on the right and signal connection on the D-end.
