The Siemens LDS 6 Diode Laser Spectrometer optics housing, part number 7MB6122-0WC11-1HE1, is designed for cross-duct gas analysis. It is capable of measuring all gases except oxygen (O2). This unit features stainless steel purging tubes (1.4432 / 316L) with a length of 400 mm and a stainless steel flange (1.4404/316L) with ANSI 4"/150 lbs connection dimensions. The process side requires instrument air or N2 with a reduced flow of 0-120 l/min, including a needle valve and 6mm Swagelok fitting. It includes a 50m hybrid cable and a 25m sensor connecting cable. This optics housing does not have Ex-protection and is preset for English language output.
This cross-duct analyzer is ideal for applications in industrial settings such as chemical plants, refineries, and power stations where continuous monitoring of gas streams is necessary. Its design allows for installation across ducts or pipes to measure gas concentrations in situ.
