Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 5100 W Electromagnetic Flow Sensor
The Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 5100 W is an electromagnetic flow sensor designed for accurate volume flow measurement of conductive liquids, with a specialization in water management applications. This model features DN25 (1-inch) ANSI B 16.5 Class 150 carbon steel flanges (ASTM A105) with a C4 corrosion-resistant coating. It is equipped with an NBR liner and Hastelloy C-276 electrodes, suitable for media temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). This sensor includes grounding electrodes.
It is widely utilized in water abstraction, water & wastewater treatment, water distribution networks, and custody transfer metering. The sensor is designed for remote transmitter mounting and supports HART communication (blocked for any TRN except MAG6000I). It includes 1/2 inch NPT cable glands and a Polyamid terminal box or MAG 6000i integral mount.
