The Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 3100 HT is a high-temperature, full-bore electromagnetic flow sensor engineered for accurate volume flow measurement of conductive liquids. It is designed for diameters from DN 15 to DN 300 (1/2" to 12"), with this specific unit featuring DN40 (1 1/2") EN 1092-1 PN40 carbon steel flanges (ASTM A105) and a C4 corrosion-resistant coating. The sensor boasts a PTFE lining and Hastelloy C276 / 2.4819 electrodes, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 150Β°C (302Β°F).
Key applications include the process industry, chemical industry, steel industry, mining, utility, power generation and distribution, and O&G/HPI. This sensor is designed for remote transmitter mounting and lacks bus communication capabilities. It includes 1/2 inch NPT cable glands and a Polyamid terminal box.
