Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 3100 HT High-Temperature Flow Sensor
The Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 3100 HT is a high-temperature, full-bore electromagnetic flow sensor designed for precise volume flow measurement of conductive liquids. This unit features DN80 (3-inch) ANSI B16.5 Class 150 stainless steel flanges and sensor body (AISI 316L/1.4404), polished for enhanced durability. It is equipped with a PTFE lining and Hastelloy C276 / 2.4819 electrodes, with an option for PFA lining using Hastelloy C22/2.4602. This sensor can operate at temperatures up to 180Β°C (356Β°F).
Applications span the process industry, chemical industry, steel industry, mining, utility, power generation and distribution, and O&G/HPI. It is designed for remote transmitter mounting and does not include bus communication, featuring 1/2 inch NPT cable glands and a stainless steel terminal box (mandatory for stainless steel MAG 6000 transmitters).
