The Siemens SITRANS LR560 is a continuous, non-contact radar level transmitter designed for general solids applications. It features a flush lens antenna with a maximum range of 100 meters (328 ft). This model is equipped with a universal flat-faced flange suitable for ANSI/DIN/JIS flanges (4" / 100 mm) made of 304 stainless steel. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +100°C, with a maximum measuring range of 40 meters (131 ft). The enclosure is stainless steel with a 1/2" NPT cable inlet and includes a local display interface (LDI).
This radar level transmitter is ideal for various industries, including bulk solids handling, cement, aggregates, plastics, and food processing. Its robust design and versatile process connection make it suitable for demanding environments where reliable level measurement is critical.
