Product description

The Siemens 1PH8224-1HF00-2EA1 is a high-performance SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor, delivering 95 kW at 1500 RPM (605 Nm, 200 A, 340 V), 110 kW at 1750 RPM (600 Nm, 198 A, 395 V), and 124 kW at 2000 RPM (592 Nm, 196 A, 460 V). It features forced ventilation (DE-->NDE) and an IP55 enclosure. This motor is equipped with an Incremental Encoder HTL 1024 S/R for precise speed and position control, and a Pt1000 temperature sensor for enhanced thermal monitoring.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, this motor adheres to IM B3 mounting (also suitable for IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMV6) and features a shaft with a fitted key and half-key balancing for reduced vibration. It is built with bearings designed for greater cantilever forces, and a vibration severity grade of A. The shaft and flange accuracy is grade N. The terminal box is positioned above with cable entry on the right (D-END).
