The Siemens 1PH8224-1HF00-2EA2 is a SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor built for demanding industrial use. It offers high power outputs: 95 kW at 1500 RPM (605 Nm, 200 A, 340 V), 110 kW at 1750 RPM (600 Nm, 198 A, 395 V), and 124 kW at 2000 RPM (592 Nm, 196 A, 460 V). This motor features forced ventilation with DE-->NDE airflow and an IP55 degree of protection. It is equipped with an Incremental Encoder HTL 1024 S/R and a Pt1000 temperature sensor.
This motor is configured for IM B3 mounting (also suitable for IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMV6) with a shaft and fitted key. It utilizes half-key balancing and bearings designed for greater cantilever forces, ensuring robust performance under challenging conditions, rated for vibration severity grade A. The shaft and flange accuracy is grade N. The terminal box is located above, with cable entry on the right (D-END).
