The Siemens 1PH8224-1HF10-2EA2 is a SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor engineered for high-demand industrial automation. It provides 95 kW at 1500 RPM (605 Nm, 200 A, 340 V), 110 kW at 1750 RPM (600 Nm, 198 A, 395 V), and 124 kW at 2000 RPM (592 Nm, 196 A, 460 V). This motor features forced ventilation with NDE-->DE airflow and an IP55 enclosure. It includes an Incremental Encoder HTL 1024 S/R and a Pt1000 temperature sensor.
This motor is designed with IM B3 mounting (also suitable for IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMV6), a shaft with a fitted key, and half-key balancing. It utilizes bearings optimized for greater cantilever forces and operates at vibration severity grade A. The shaft and flange accuracy is grade N. The terminal box is located above with cable entry on the right (D-END).
