The Siemens SITRANS Probe LU (7ML5221-1AA11) is a continuous, non-contact ultrasonic level transmitter designed for monitoring level and volume in liquids and slurries. It offers a range of up to 12 meters (40 ft), with this specific model featuring a 6-meter (20 ft) range and an ETFE transducer. It provides basic 4-20mA HART communication and is approved for Ordinary Locations/General Purpose (Non-Ex).
This level transmitter is versatile for various industrial applications including water and wastewater, chemical processing, and storage tank monitoring. Its non-contact technology is ideal for challenging media. The unit has a plastic (PBT) enclosure with 2 x M20 cable entries and a 2" NPT process connection.
